surprise!

this has probably actually DEFINITELY been the biggest surprise of my life 

but 

WE ARE HAVING A BABY BOY!

we found out february 11th and i was already 15 weeks along... 

the fact that i didn't know is an entire different story but i can't even start with that one

he already loves the attention 

anytime we do an ultrasound he is bouncing all over the place 

and flashing us the number 1 sign 

we can tell he is going to be an active one!

one year of engagement

today we are celebrating the year mark of our engagement! i cannot believe how fast the year has gone. easily one of the best happiest years of my life. since we will be out of the country for the anniversary of our wedding we decided to eat our wedding cake today. cake de fleur made the most amazing cake ever. our top layer was red velvet and coconut cake with a coconut cream cheese frosting.. literally to die for!

15 years of NEW YEARS

for the past 15 years the my family has celebrated with the dunns and gilsons.
our dads were best friends in high school and somehow they had us kids the exact same ages so vacations are the best with them.
i tried to find pictures from all 15 years but unfortunately these were all i could find!

2014 could NOT have been a better year. getting engaged and then married! endless vacations with both sides of the family and road tripping together. not to mention always having a partner in crime for endless frozen yogurt runs. we celebrated the new year in palm springs with my family the dunns and the gilsons which is always the best way to celebrate!

this year we spent thanksgiving in st. george with the taylor side of my family... bracken and i had soo much homework over the break but we were both able to play a lot of tennis, games and go for fractured prune runs. my aunt has a foreign exchange student living with her named nicholas... 

safe to say he was popular amongst the watts family

he would tell us "I NOT CHINESE! I HONG KONGESE!"

bracken's sister got home from her mission in the philippines! capri and i had never met because we started dating a month after she left! she is so darling and chris was so excited to get her home.

unfortunately they got stuck in seattle and she arrived three hours later than we thought!

SO HAPPY TO HAVE HER HOME!

lets just say these last couple weeks my husband has been coming back and forth from san francisco to provo then back to san francisco and i could finally join him! the story goes my dad has been the biggest U fan this year and he decided we should go to stanford vs. utah game luckily it overlapped the time that bracken would be there!
